Japan day 2 is here!
We are literally having the time of our lives and every day has honestly gotten better and better. Today we visited Matsumoto Castle-- where we WANTED to go to this vegan place called Happy Penguin-- but we didn't get time. We did massive vegan grocery hauls at Lawson and 7Eleven, climbed all six floors of Matsumoto Castle (which kind of reminded me of Sprout Tower from Pokemon), saw the beauty of the Daio Wasabi Farm, burnt my tongue on some wasabi seaweed, and all around had an amazing day!
