Welcome to Wednesday’s Veggie Fix blog 🏻 every hump day I’m going to satisfy your food porn cravings by showing you an amazing vegan spot in Melbourne, somewhere different every week!
I’m a massive foodie, so anything to do with eating plant based creations makes my soul sing and Melbourne is such a rockin place to be vegan. And this spot is no exception.

Located in Box Hill, Blissful Station is amongst the most non vegan lineup in a suburb not so well known for being very on trend, or for that matter, as hipster as somewhere like North Fitzroy.
It’s in a shopping mall food court above a train station, actually, AND IT IS BOMB.
If you’re not into Asian food and Chinese takeaway style eating, it might not be the one for you, but personally Blissful Station has become one of my favourite places to hit up when I want affordable, filling, plant based Asian treats.
It's affordable, and soo delicious.

BEST PICK?
You have to try the dumplings (10 for $9) boiled or fried— I much prefer the boiled to avoid the extra oil. Pictured above!
Or the wonton soup ($5) which is a really light broth with little ravioli like wontons swimming in it. The goji berries are so cute! Also pictured above!
My last favourite is the veggie bao bun ($3.5) which is a huge fluffy bun filled with greens, tofu, mushrooms and vermicelli noodles. The best bao I’ve had in my life by far.
