"Injustice can't live forever. The world will become vegan one day..."

This has been my favourite vegan-badass related video I've seen for a long time, Gary Yourofsky does it again! His work is inspiring. And I agree that like all human rights/world peace activists throughout history, he and his continual fight for animal rights and an end to cruelty will be looked back on with praise and gratitude.

I think this interview perfectly defines the importance of being educated as a vegan activist or even just as a vegan, because no doubt you'll be in many situations where you have to defend your plant chomping ways against ignorant assholes but also people you love and approach with sensitivity and a bit more kindness. Sometimes it's super hard to explain why you choose to not eat meat when most of us weren't raised with this kind of understanding. Up until maybe 4 years ago, I believed strongly that meat was ESSENTIAL for good health and that I NEEDED to be drinking more milk to prevent osteoporosis later in life-- because that's the power of propoganda and it's hard to escape it!

By being educated, however, and having a good understanding of why animal products are unhealthy, contribute to immense cruelty and are poisoning the planet, you can have a stable ground to calmly rebut any excuses or accusations someone who isn't vegan may throw at you.

Who knows... you might just get them thinking about their current ways!

I'm doing everything I can to learn more and grow so I can educate others and make this a really informative portal of vegan knowledge (hopefully with some help!) because knowledge is power and that's the sort of power that can change the world :)

I'd love to share some of these videos with you because they are just that amazing, even if you don't watch all of them, this first interview is a must. You'll be leaning back in your chair hollering "DAYUM" by the end of it!
