I use this on pasta (duh!), pizza, eggplant parmagianas, raw lasagnes, as a dip, as a raw soup base and on sandwiches for my mum– it’s like an all-purpose baby! I love it and it's oil free and low sodium depending on whether you add a bit of salt or not. It tastes soo much fresher in summer with either raw zucchini noodles or any pasta you like (brown rice spaghetti is bae). In winter I prefer a hot, cooked sauce but when tomatoes are in season and available I can't say no to this!
Garlicky-tomatoey Raw Pasta Sauce
Around 4-5 organic tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp water
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
8 organic sundried tomatoes (oil free)
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Pinch dried oregano
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1. Chop up the tomatoes
2. Add all ingredients into a blender/ food processor and blend until smooth, which is around 2 minutes
3. Serve with whatever you like! Preferably some quinoa pasta

What's your fool proof pasta sauce?
